It’s the moment many collectors have been waiting for! Last summer, Upper Deck released the Funko Pop! Marvel Studios’ The Infinity Saga trading card set during San Diego Comic Con.
The 150-card base set offered collectors a chance at rainbow foiled and clear-cut parallels as well as patinas, confetti, glow in the dark and more!
The big prize in the set for anyone who got their hands on a hobby box was a redemption card for a future Funko Pop related to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
For those who’ve joined us on the journey, the wait is finally over.
That Pop indeed was Captain America.
The Funko Pop of Captain America features the first Avenger holding his shield as he’s looking down stoically. There are two versions: one with a metallic shield and another that glows in the dark.
The Funko Pop just shipped for those who’ve already redeemed their codes!
Redemption Process
Those who have an unused redemption card have until 31 December, 2025 before it expires.
The first step is to go to UpperDeck.com and create an account, then submit code on the card after it’s been scratched off.
Once successfully submitted, it will appear on your redemption home page. The information on there includes the redemption’s current status, the code itself, the date submitted and status date.
Anyone having trouble submitting their redemption code can email [email protected] or call (800)873-7332 for assistance from Upper Deck’s Customer Care team.
The trading card set is currently being sold on Upper Deck’s e-Pack program, where the redemption Funko Pop will be an achievement collectors can strive towards instead. Read here how collectors can combine cards on e-Pack into achievements including: super rare variations, chase sticker parallels, sketches and even uncut sheets – as well as the coveted redemption Captain America Funko Pop!
