At the 2016 Spring Sportscard & Memorabilia Expo, the aisles were packed as hockey fanatics and even casual fans wanted to take advantage of fun promotions around the incredible 2015-16 NHL® Rookie Class. Upper Deck’s wrapper redemption programs were drawing huge crowds as fans wanted to have a chance to pull cool autographs from those packs along with Midnight Parallel cards of 2015-16 NHL® Upper Deck Series Two numbered to just 25 copies.
While O-Pee-Chee, Full Force, SPx and Upper Deck Series Two in particular all were broken in high volume, it was Fleer Showcase that really had fans going crazy during the show. Collectors embraced the product quickly because it is loaded with tons of rookies, Precious Metal Gems and incredible rookie patch autograph cards. Seeing the immediate impact cards had on collectors was great as well like this pair who were too scared to look at their rookie patch autograph card so they let us do the reveal. Their reaction was priceless!
